  • - By purchasing my services, you agree to the following terms of service.

  • - Unless you're a customer, you are not permitted to repost my art.

  • - As a customer, you are only allowed to repost my art that you have paid for, and with credit.

  • - Using my art for AI and/or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.

  • - Using my art for tattoos is strictly prohibited.

  • - I retain the copyrights to everything I draw.

  • - You may not edit my work after the fact.

  • - I reserve the right to post all commissioned work to my social media for portfolio and self-promotion purposes.

  • - Please do not ask me to change my style or mimic other artists. In the case of furries and fantasy species/races, I am happy to take direction for how you want a species depicted if it doesn't correlate with their real-life counterpart.

  • - I take payment in USD through Paypal invoices. Payment plans may be discussed before the invoice is sent.

  • - Payment is due upfront or within 24hrs of receiving the invoice.

  • - Refunds are available until the initial sketch has been sent to you.

  • - Everything needs to be discussed and agreed to before I send an invoice. I will not send an invoice for a project I couldn't start that same moment. As such your application needs to be complete upon submission. (Withholding any part of your application for "later" doesn't help you. If I don't have all the details by looking at your application, you will be overlooked.)

  • - Complex designs will be subject to a complexity fee at an hourly rate of $50/hour and will be billed for separately. When the commission is near completion, I will send the complexity fee as an invoice which must be paid before the final piece is sent over.
